We ship your orders using USPS (United States Postal Service) and our default shipping method is by USPS First Class Mail for orders less than a pound and USPS Priority Mail for orders one pound or more in weight. Orders are shipped within the United States and USA military addresses only!

• $50.01 or more only $10.95

The rates stated above applies only to retail orders. Our friendly staff will provide a custom shipping quote for merchants who would like to order by bulk or start a wholesale relationship.

Packaging & Handling

We guarantee the proper delivery of your order. All items are packaged securely to assure that they will not get damaged during transit. Every package comes with bubble wrap cushioning, mini bag and our product flyer.

Shipping Damages
  
Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write "damaged¨ on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier.

In the case of damage of the goods, you MUST CONTACT GemmasJewelers.com within 24 hours to FILE A CLAIM request by calling 909-944-8529

Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.

Returns Policy

Our customer guarantee is that you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for any reason, as long as it is returned in the original packaging and the customer pays for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized and approved by GemmasJewelers.com. All return requests must be made within 30 days after receiving order.

All approved returns must be delivered to GemmasJewelers.com in an unused and unaltered condition with the original or better packaging. Ensure that the products are well packaged.

Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipment back to GemmasJewelers.com. In the unfortunate event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and the goods will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
